Sivadas is the founder member of the firm and has completed his law degree from the Bharathiar University and has an LLM in contract and insurance laws and also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management. He is empanelled in nationalised banks, housing finance companies and insurance companies. He is authorised to grant legal opinions for layout approvals. He has been in continuous practice for the past 30 years with expertise in civil, family disputes and consumer litigations.

Mary Veronica completed her law from the Bharathiyar University securing the First Rank in the University. She holds an LLM specialising in Insurance and Contract Law apart from a First Class MBA degree. She has vast experience in various cadres and departments, including the legal department of one of the largest insurance companies in India. She holds a PG Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from NLSIU, Bangalore and an Alternative Dispute Resolution, Family Counselling and Family Law from NALSAR, Hyderabad.

Sundaresan, fondly known as Sundar, is a law graduate with a strong academic foundation and a deep interest in the evolving relationship between law, technology, and society. He completed his undergraduate legal education at Sastra Deemed University and went on to pursue an LL.M. in Innovation and Technology Law from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Sundar’s academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of technology and law, with a particular focus on AI, Robotics and Law, media law, space law, and the law of armed conflict. He is passionate about legal research and policy development, and regularly engages with contemporary issues shaping the future of regulation and governance in a technology-driven world.

An avid mooter, Sundar actively participated in several national and international moot court competitions during his academic journey. He represented Sastra Law School at numerous national-level moots and later represented Edinburgh Law School at the prestigious Oxford Price Media Law Moot.

Professionally, he has served as a Judicial Law Clerk and Research Assistant to Hon’ble Justice Ravi Cheemalapatti, where he gained valuable experience in legal research, judicial analysis, and drafting.

Beyond academics and law, Sundar is a keen observer of cinema, an enthusiastic cricket follower, and someone who enjoys discussions on politics and public affairs. Adding a creative dimension to his personality, he also explores stand-up comedy, reflecting his belief that law, like life, benefits from both depth and perspective.

With a strong research orientation and a curiosity for emerging legal challenges, Sundar aims to contribute meaningfully to legal scholarship, policy-making, and the development of responsible technology governance.

Sathya Sruthi S is a dynamic and academically accomplished final-year BBA LL.B. (Hons.) student at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, consistently ranking among the top of her batch with an outstanding CGPA of 9.66/10. As a second-generation lawyer, she brings both legacy and a fresh, research-driven perspective to the profession.

Her training reflects extensive exposure across courts and tribunals. She has interned under distinguished judges of the Madras High Court, including Hon’ble Justice Anand Venkatesh and Hon’ble Justice V. Lakshminarayan, where she closely observed constitutional, religious endowment, personal law, FEMA, and civil appellate matters. Her experience extends to trial court proceedings before the District Judiciary in Coimbatore, giving her a comprehensive understanding of litigation from plaint to decree.

Most recently, she interned before the Presiding Officer at the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, where she gained practical insight into the functioning of tribunal proceedings. She developed a working understanding of the procedural and substantive framework governing Original Applications and Securitisation Applications, and closely studied the key provisions of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 and the SARFAESI Act, 2002. This exposure strengthened her grasp of debt recovery mechanisms, secured creditor rights, and the interplay between banking law and procedural safeguards.

Sathya has also worked with the Department of Legal Affairs, Branch Secretariat, Chennai, where she assisted in matters relating to service law, arbitration, and Railway Claims Tribunal disputes. Her exposure to firm practice includes civil litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property, and debt recovery matters. She has conducted in-depth research on well-known trademarks, mortgage enforcement under the RDDB Act, digital data protection regulations, and insurance disputes.

Her core areas of interest include Civil Law, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Banking and Debt Recovery, and Family Law. She has assisted in drafting pleadings, preparing briefs, and conducting doctrinal research in complex and sensitive matters, combining analytical precision with a client-focused approach that reflects the firm’s legacy and values.
